2. Message Content
We ensure that:
All messages are relevant, accurate, and respectful
No content includes illegal, deceptive, or abusive material
No messages involve SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco)
3. Consent and Opt-In
COFT only sends SMS messages to users who have:
Explicitly opted in via website form, checkout process, or other documented methods
Received clear disclosure that they’re subscribing to receive SMS messages
Proof of opt-in is documented via:
Screenshots of opt-in forms
URLs showing terms
Internal CRM logs showing consent timestamps
4. Opt-Out Handling
All outbound SMS campaigns from COFT include clear opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).
We honor opt-out requests immediately and prevent further messaging to those contacts unless they re-opt in.
5. Data Privacy & Protection
COFT does not share, sell, or rent customer data.
We retain SMS contact records and consent documentation only for verification and compliance purposes, and safeguard it according to our Privacy Policy.
